Complex of holiday apartments "GERBER RESIDENCE-3" situated in the west zone of Sunny Beach resort.
The building is designed for seasonal use, but it could be also used all year round. The complex offers 82 studio apartments (all sold now); 20 one-bedroom apartments; 8 two-bedroom apartments; 16 one-bedroom maisonettes (sold) and 6 two-bedroom maisonettes (sold). All maisonettes are on the last two floors (sixth and seventh) and are with internal stairs.
The building is facing east-west (towards the sea) and the apartments of the last three floors of the building have sea view. The building have dynamic and massive outlook, achieved through the combination of bright colors – orange and white in contrast with dark colored roof tiles. The striking accent of the building, in particular achieved through the massive roof, cut terraces, triangular windows balconies of the maisonettes. The stylish colors and elegant piece of openwork railing on the balconies gives the project a modern appearance. Large double glazed windows ensure bright and light rooms, regardless of the type of the apartments. All apartments and studios have their own terraces. The complex will be completed in August 2012.
The building consists of 5 standard residential floors, ground floor, and the sixth maisonette floor, executed on two levels.
The walls are constructed of ceramic bricks, protected by external thermal insulation; internal walls will be treated with smooth machine putty and painted with latex paint. The facade is decorated with mineral water-resist plasters, wood, metal, etc. depending on the architectural details. Window frames are double glazed PVC, which will contribute to the comfort of the building. The building will provide the necessary communication and security installations - cable TV, Internet, as well as installation of an air-conditioner in each apartment.
The access to the complex (respectively the apartments) will be through a controlled entrance providing security.
The garden of the complex will be landscaped and accessible from the road on the north side through a controlled entrance. There is a parking area with 34 parking spaces, which will be separated from the building and the green areas. There will be a pedestrian access to the complex from the east and leading to the beach.
