Grand Holiday Settlement - Sunny Day 6

With built up area of 60 000 sq. m., the project impresses with its magnitude and functionality and goes beyond all other Sunny Day complexes.

Sunny Day 6 is a closed residential community, comprising of 1573 apartments situated in 46 four-storied buildings. There are different type of apartments - studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments offering variety of floorage and exposure. All units are finished and equipped by the Developer, who can also provide a suitable furnishing offers.

Sunny Day 6 has available facilities and entertainment of any kind: fitness, restaurant, supermarket, reception, 6 outdoor swimming pools, 2 mini-golf playgrounds, one tennis court, 2 various sports fields and many green areas proportionally spread all over the territory of the holiday settlement.
 
The construction of the settlements was split in two phases – Phase One consists of 20 houses (1-20) and Phase Two has the other 24 houses and two Blocks (Block A and Block B). Phase One of the settlements is completed. More than half of the houses included in Phase Two are now ready; the common areas (swimming pools, mini-golf playgrounds, green areas, etc.) are nearly finished. There are only 12 out of the 24 houses and both blocks (A and B) of Phase Two which will be ready in 2013.

From 2009 Developer operates regular transportation for the owners and their guests between the settlement and the center of Sunny Beach resort (2 km) and the beach (3 km).
